Batch PDX assorted chocolate truffles were recalled because allergen information for soy, milk, almond, coconut, hazelnut, and wheat was only declared on an insert label inside the box, not on the exterior packaging. Consumers with allergies may not see the allergen warning before opening the box.

Cedar Crest Specialties recalled Enlightened Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream from a single production run because select containers were mistakenly filled with the peanut butter variety instead of Mint Chocolate Chip. People with peanut allergies could experience a severe allergic reaction if they consumed the mislabeled product.
