The products contain Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), which is not declared on the product label. Additionally, the finished product label does not contain an ingredients statement or safe handling instructions.

The pork and turkey Caldarello Italian Sausage products were produced on various dates from June 28, 2016, to Dec. 20, 2016. The following products are subject to recall: [View Labels (PDF Only)]

The master case was properly labeled with ingredient and safe handling labels.
