Spartan Central Kitchen recalled multiple prepared foods including salads, sandwiches, and pound cake manufactured between August 20 and September 10, 2012, after FDA testing found Listeria contamination in facility zones. Listeria monocytogenes can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections.
