Glazed Pumpkin Cake Donuts, Pumpkin Cake Rolls, and Pumpkin Pie products were recalled because they contained lead and metal fragments sized 0.5mm to 2.0mm. Consumers who eat these products could ingest toxic lead or choke on metal pieces.
