Raw Milk Mild Cheddar Cheese made from raw goat milk by Mt. Sterling Coop Creamery was recalled because it may be contaminated with Shiga toxin-producing E. coli O111:H8. Consumers who eat this cheese risk serious foodborne illness including severe diarrhea and kidney complications.
