Specialty Enzymes & Biotechnologies recalled cellulase and protease enzyme products for manufacturing use because they may contain low levels of chloramphenicol. Chloramphenicol is a restricted antibiotic that poses health risks and is prohibited in food manufacturing.

Foreign material
