Protica, Inc recalls ProBalance Protein To Go(TM), Milk Chocolate Shake, Dietary Supplement, Net Wt 2.5 fl oz ( (Class II)

ProBalance and related protein supplement drinks were recalled because they were not sufficiently acidified and could potentially be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum. Botulism poisoning from consuming these products could be fatal.
