Once Upon a Farm — recall history

Every FDA and USDA recall we hold for Once Upon a Farm. This is a record of published agency notices, not an assessment of the company: a recall is often the result of a firm's own testing and voluntary action, and firms that test more thoroughly may appear here more often.
