LA Link Corporation recalled Shiitake-Ya brand Dried Shiitake Mushroom Slices due to the presence of pesticide and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon residues including carbendazim, fluoranthene and pyrene. These chemical residues exceed safety tolerances and pose a health risk to consumers.
