Hinterland Dairy Farmstead Cheese products including Happy Jack Monterey Jack, Mango Habanero, Jalapeno Happy Jack, and French Onion + Chive varieties were recalled due to possible generic E. coli contamination. E. coli can cause severe gastrointestinal illness.
