HEB Grocery Company recalled H-E-B Asian Noodle Cup Beef and Chicken products because an ingredient used to manufacture them may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria can cause serious illness, particularly in pregnant women, newborns, and immunocompromised individuals.
