Gold Label Shrimp Dip and Adelphia Seafood Shrimp Salad were recalled because the undeclared Red #40 color additive in the shrimp raw ingredient was not listed on finished product labels. Consumers with undeclared allergen sensitivities could have a serious reaction to these products.
