Busch's, Inc. - Central Production Facility recalls GREEN CHILE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 12 OZ (Class I)

Busch's Inc. recalled multiple prepared food products including green chile chicken enchiladas, shepherd's pie, lasagna, jambalaya, quesadillas, burritos, and spaghetti with meatballs because they contained onions contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes from the Gills Onion recall. Listeria infection can cause serious illness or death, especially in vulnerable populations.
