Artashes LLC recalls Ararat Imambayeldy; 18.3 oz. glass jar; Ingredient: Eggplant, tomato paste, onions, vegeta (Class II)

Artashes LLC recalled four Ararat canned vegetable products (Imambayeldy, Eggplant Paste, Grilled Eggplant and Peppers, and Cut Beets) because pH levels were found to be above safe limits during FDA inspection. Products with improper pH levels in canned goods can allow dangerous bacteria to grow.
