Apple Foods, Inc. recalls Country Salad is a mixed product and it consists of Iceberg Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce, Shre (Class II)

Apple Foods recalled multiple vacuum-packaged raw vegetable products including Country Salad, diced onions, diced carrots, and diced celery due to inadequate refrigeration instructions. Without proper temperature control below 38°F, Clostridium botulinum could grow and produce deadly toxins.
