Apex Energetics dietary supplements including GlutenFlam, SuperDigestZyme, LGS-Zyme, and RepairVite were recalled because they may contain trace amounts of chloramphenicol from recalled enzyme raw materials. Consumers taking these supplements may be exposed to an unapproved antibiotic residue.
