The cooking instructions on the label is read: How To Prepare Stovetop: Place frozen green beans into a small amount of boiling water. Cover, steam for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen green beans into a covered microwave- safe dish. Add 1/2 cup water and a spoonful of butter (optional) and cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and season to taste.
