Omya Inc recalled food grade ground limestone products including Omya-Cal FG-10, Omya-Cal FG-4, and Omya-Cal FG-15 from its Superior Arizona plant because of possible Salmonella contamination. These ingredients are used in food manufacturing and contamination could affect finished food products.

Class IA reasonable probability that eating this product will cause serious health problems or death.
