Misbranding; Unreported Allergens
WASHINGTON, Oct. 24, 2014 Taylor Farms, a Swedesboro, NJ, establishment, is recalling approximately 377 pounds of Signature CafE Broccoli Kale Salad with Chicken product because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen, tree nuts. The product contains walnuts, a tree nut, which is a known allergen and not declared on the product label. The walnuts are packaged in a cupped packet inside the salad container.

The product subject to recall bears iP-34513” inside the USDA mark of inspection on the label. The salads were produced on 10/17/14, 10/19/14, and 10/21/14. The distributed product was sent to retail stores in Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
