McCain Foods USA recalled frozen onion rings sold under six private label brands because the product labels failed to declare milk as an ingredient. Consumers with milk allergies could have a serious allergic reaction if they consumed the product.

Class IA reasonable probability that eating this product will cause serious health problems or death.
