Elevation Foods recalls Archer Farms egg salad packaged in 12oz plastic cup with lid, 6 cups per case, refrigerate (Class I)

Elevation Foods recalled Archer Farms and Fresket egg salad, tuna salad, and Thai lobster salad due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination found in the egg salad. Listeria can cause serious infection, particularly in pregnant people, newborns, and immunocompromised individuals.

Class IA reasonable probability that eating this product will cause serious health problems or death.

Reason for recall

Listeria monocytogenes was found in egg salad produced by the firm. In abundance of caution, firm is recalling all product produced on the same line on the same date.
